TIRE EXPERT ELIGIBILITY
Tire Expert Level is only for Goodyear Tire & Service Network Dealers who complete the
required certifications. Sales Associates at the Tire Expert Level are eligible to participate in the program year-round.
TAXES
The IRS requires Goodyear to send a 1099 Income Tax form for incentives paid in a calendar year. You will
receive it by January 31 of the following year for use when preparing your income taxes. Please consult your tax advisor
if you have any questions about your 1099 Income Tax form. For your added privacy and protection, we do not store your Social
Security Number (SSN) in the same database as your log-in information. Your SSN is shared with a third party to track and
process your rewards. Your SSN is stored in a separate, encrypted database by a third party. By providing your SSN, you
signify your assent to Goodyear's Global Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use
this or other Goodyear sites.

Submitting duplicate or fraudulent applications may result in being ineligible to continue to participate in this incentive program.
LEARN & EARN MASTERCARD® PREPAID CARD
Cards are issued by Citibank, N.A. pursuant to a license from Mastercard U.S.A. Inc. and managed by Citi Prepaid Services.
This card can be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
